Join MHLIC and Lāna‘i Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center (FQHC) located on a rural, isolated island in Hawaii, to learn more about how they’ve incorporated telehealth into their team-based model of care to enhance access to prenatal care. Speakers Joseph Humphry, MD, Lāna‘i Medical Director and Jared Medeiros, APRN, Lāna‘i Associate Medical Director will discuss lessons learned in implementation and future program considerations, as well as concepts that will help attendees be able to design programs to fit the needs of other communities.
