AMCHP’s Implementation Toolkit for National Performance Measure 2

This toolkit contains resources, tools, and examples of strategies Title V programs and their partners can use to address NPM 2. Title V can play a unique role in advancing women-centered, community-driven, respectful, and equitable care to support vaginal births, combat rising low-risk primary cesarean section rates, and most importantly, reduce racial disparities and structural inequities that produce variability among hospitals in the rates of vaginal births.
